Flex for Life (FFL): Fitness for All Abilities

The FFL program is a 1 on 1 program designed to help you master your athletic abilities. With a dynamic space, exposure to all types of exercise is available including but not limited to; strength training, calisthenics, cardiovascular training, and kid friendly exercise circuits.

Led by Head Trainer Christopher Eck (B.S. Nutrition/Exercise Science), who brings nine years of experience to the floor, this program allows all people to find a home for health and fitness.

Improved discipline and consistency

Increased grip and leg strength

Better balance and coordination
